A JOINT INITIATIVE OF:
Gold Coast Primary Health Network and Gold Coast Health are in the process of developing a Joint Regional Plan for mental health, suicide prevention, alcohol and other drug services. Below you will find the drafts available for consultation and opportunities to provide feedback on specific questions.
The draft Joint Regional Plan outlines a shared strategic direction for Gold Coast Primary Health Network, Gold Coast Health and other mental health, suicide prevention, alcohol and other drugs services in the region that together, we will contribute to delivering over the next five years. It is the result of extensive consultation with a range of stakeholders over the past year, including over 64 consultation activities. People with lived experience have been involved through all stages of the Plan’s development, and through open and inclusive conversations, the voices of people with lived experience have played a central role in shaping this Plan.
Developed as a foundational plan, this Joint Regional Plan will be supported by complementary action plans for the foundational elements and focus areas. These action plans will be further refined through a collaborative and iterative process as part of the implementation phase.
The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback on the draft Joint Regional Plan. In particular we wanted to understand whether the document accurately reflects stakeholder feedback, makes sense and is fit for purpose as a guiding document for the region.
It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. You will need a copy of the draft Joint Regional Plan open to be able to respond to the questions. It can be accessed here.
