Project title: Promoting healthy childhood growth and development and preventing childhood obesity in general practice: a qualitative study
We want to hear from general practitioners (GP), general practice nurses and general practice managers to understand how you work with children and families to prevent childhood obesity!
We need you to participate in an audio recorded, approximately 30 – 45 minute interview via telephone or virtual meeting. The interview will seek to understand your attitudes and practices regarding the promotion of healthy childhood growth and development and the prevention of childhood obesity in general practice in Australia and identify practical barriers and enablers to routinely incorporating this into a GPs clinical practice.
If you would like to participate or have any questions about this research, please contact Dr Michelle Gooey (michelle.gooey@monash.edu) to receive further details and an explanatory statement.
