For sites currently administering this vaccine type, please note the following important information:
From Saturday 24 September 2022 your ordering allocation in CVAS for this vaccine type will be/has been reduced to the minimum orderable quantity for your site – (100 primary course doses / 200 booster doses). If you wish to place an order for this vaccine type, please do so by midnight Friday 30 September 2022. Please ensure that you are only ordering this vaccine type if demand exists.
Please note that AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Novavax will continue to be available if you need access to a primary course vaccine. Please talk to your PHN about how to onboard for additional vaccine types.
Moderna 6 years+ (Red) will remain active in CVAS to enable you to complete Stock Management Reporting, including reporting of any Wastage, until expiration of the vaccines, at which point the vaccine product will be deactivated in CVAS and any remaining stock you hold should be disposed of as per existing guidelines.
