Provided by Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN), this free short self-paced online education program aims to support aged care providers to understand the role of aged care advocacy and how to support families and representatives who may require help.

Undertaking this training will support aged care providers and professionals to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards 6, ensuring older people feel safe, encouraged and supported to give feedback or make a complaint.
