This short webinar provides an overview of advance care planning for people living with reduced decision-making capacity. The webinar includes information about having the conversation, supported decision-making, completion of advance care planning documents and decision-making at end of life.
Our expert panel will include General Practitioner Chris Moy, and our own National Program Manager, Education, Rebecca Taylor.
The webinar is open to anyone working in health or aged care, no previous advance care planning knowledge is required. We provide a certificate of attendance for CPD points. This training is run by Advance Care Planning Australia.
