The review aims to assess the existing program’s strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement, as well as potential new models, to provide recommendations to renew the model in a way that is impactful, meets the needs of the Gold Coast community and better reaches priority populations.
Beacon Strategies are seeking to consult with General Practitioners in the Gold Coast community to understand from your perspective strengths and weaknesses of the existing model, potential new models that could be implemented, and how to better reach the identified priority populations.
As a General Practitioner, you play a critical role in the current PSP model in providing referrals to the PSP. GCPHN invites you to attend an online focus group facilitated by Beacon Strategies to be held Tuesday 16 February 5:30-7:30 pm via Zoom.
