The service’s key objective is local service integration and, with that, improved access to, and coordination of mental health services through, consistent triage and warm transfers of patient care to the most appropriate services.
The service provides a central point for receiving and assessing GP and Psychiatrist referrals for people not in crisis and who require mental health, drug and alcohol, and suicide prevention support.
