Learning the latest evidence on cardiovascular disease from experts

Undertaking an evidence-based workplace activity project supporting workplace goals and improving patient care
Developing professional relationships and networks with health professionals from across the healthcare system

Topics covered during workshops include (but are not limited to):

Absolute cardiovascular disease risk, heart failure, cardiac rehabilitation, atrial fibrillation, depression, stress and CVD, nutrition, Heart Foundation programs, advocacy and change management.
