My Health Record Organisation Readiness Checklist

The Agency’s Education Delivery team have updated the My Health Record Organisation Readiness Checklist to guide provider organisation managers and digital health officers to support individuals proceed from awareness to a thorough implementation of My Health Record.

There are two versions available to download:

  1. Web Ready Version – A My Health Record Organisation Readiness Checklist web ready version with hyperlinks. Ideal for sharing via email or other electronic means with links to further key information.
  2. Print Ready Version – A My Health Record Organisation Readiness Checklist version without hyperlinks designed to be used as a printed hardcopy. Suitable as a classic printed checklist and is now available via Print On Demand.

Resources available via the Print on Demand site: A range of information and brochures are available on the My Health Record website. Resources, such as the My Health Record Organisation Readiness Checklist Print Ready version, can also be ordered online via the Print on Demand Portal at http://myhealthrecord.immij.com with the password myhealthrecord and the following usernames as applicable: GP_MHR
