Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) understands that working within the health sector during the COVID-19 pandemic can be challenging.
Recent engagement with our commissioned service providers and primary care providers in the Gold Coast region has identified a particular need to support the wellbeing of Administration Staff during COVID-19. In response, we are pleased to offer a temporary Mental Health Support Service for Administration Staff in Primary Care. Administration staff from GCPHN commissioned services are able to access this service.
Eligibility:
Administration staff currently working in the Gold Coast region from:
GCPHN commissioned services
General Practice
Allied health and specialist health provider clinics
Service:
3 sessions of structured psychological therapy via video conference or telephone
To access:
Call Primary and Community Care Services at 07 3186 4000 and state that you are calling for the Mental Health Support Service for Gold Coast Administration Staff in Primary Care.
This service is confidential and no identifying information is reported back to GCPHN or your employer. GCPHN will be offering this service until 30 June 2020.
