To practice as Immunisation Program Nurses in Queensland under the authorisation of the Health Drugs and Poisons Regulation 1996, nurses are required to have completed a course which meets the requirements of the National Immunisation Education Framework for Health Professionals (2017). GCPHN is seeking to sponsor ten general practice nurses to complete an accredited nurse immuniser course. The following organisations provide accredited nurse immuniser courses in Queensland:
