Monash University (MU) is currently investigating the use of mobile health applications for clinical purposes.
The first stage of the research involved investigating the perceptions of young adults in their perceptions and attitudes to using these apps as the general consumers of mobile health technology.
For the current study, MU are now investigating the views of app use for health professionals including general practitioners, psychologists and social workers. It involves answering questions through an online questionnaire with items assessing the experience of health app use as well as the feedbacks and perceptions to use for therapy settings.
