The High Blood Pressure Research Council of Australia in collaboration with the Heart Foundation, Stroke Foundation, Kidney Health Australia and the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance, is conducting the survey. The study findings will be used to create educational activities based on areas of concern and preferences of respondents.
