Your patients can now securely store a digital version of their Medicare card in their myGov app wallet. Medicare cards in the myGov app will look similar to those in the Express Plus Medicare app and physical cards.

Accepting a digital Medicare card and scanning the QR code is optional. You can still verify a Medicare card the way you do now.
