These grants are designed to provide support for RACFs to facilitate video telehealth consultations between the resident and their primary healthcare providers.
RACFs are allocated $9,000 of grant funding (per RACF site) to spend on equipment or other telehealth needs.
This may include:
• Network boosters
• Telehealth Trolleys
• Equipment set up by IT provider
The application process is simple and can be accessed via TenderLink, and applicants can review grant conditions available there.
Applications close 30 January 2023.
