Feel Good Mini-Fest

A fun, interactive event for everyone. Come along to the ‘Feel Good Mini Fest’, a FREE event dedicated to fostering good mental health, well-being, and resilience in our community. Together, we’ll build a stronger, more resilient community by learning fun and positive ways to cope with challenges.

Event Highlights

Mental Health Workshops: Discover strategies for managing stress, practicing mindfulness, building resilience, and navigating challenging mental health journeys.
Wellness Activities: Enjoy yoga, pilates, rowing challenges, breath work sessions, and even an ice bath.
Creative Engagement: Participate in a community art project and creative art therapy sessions.
Kids’ Corner: Face painting, balloon twisting, and various fun activities to keep the little ones entertained.
Live Music: Chill out to some fantastic live tunes.
Delicious Treats: Indulge in a free sausage sizzle and barista coffee.
