Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) is governed by an independent, skills-based board
with significant experience in primary health care, the community, governance and the private sector.
Dr Ka-Kiu Cheung
Dr Ka-Kiu (KK) Cheung is a General Practitioner with expertise in primary care, public health, obstetrics and gynaecology, and health system governance. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and brings clinical, public health and board experience to her role as Board Chair.
KK is passionate about improving the journey of health consumers by supporting effective health system transitions. She has a strong focus on integrated care, service efficiency and sustainability, and strengthening connections across the health system.

She has held leadership roles with Gold Coast Primary Health Network and General Practice Gold Coast and is recognised for her contribution to general practice leadership and education.

Luke has expertise in primary care innovation, technology-enabled healthcare, data-driven practice improvement and the practical use of AI to enhance patient care and practice efficiency. He is committed to strengthening primary care and contributing to the health and wellbeing of the local community.
