Avanti Southport in association with the GCPHN and Bond University invites you to the launch of the BUnyAH program. The BUnyAH Program is a 12-week intensive active lifestyle program developed by Bond University’s Allied Health team to deliver interprofessional health education and exercise classes to Gold Coast community members identified as at risk of frailty and/or early admission to aged care facilities. Funded by the Gold Coast PHN and hosted at Avanti Southport, this is a great opportunity to hear more about this program and experience Avanti Southport’s amazing purpose-built facilities which are ideally set up to help older adults increase levels of strength and balance.
