This two-day Advanced Life Support (ALS) Level 2 course is designed for healthcare professionals who want to develop leadership, critical thinking, and advanced decision-making skills in resuscitation.
Endorsed by the Australian College of Nursing, Australia (ACN) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) the course reflects the latest Australia and New Zealand Committee of Resuscitation (ANZCOR) guidelines for advanced life support.
A strong emphasis is placed on assessing before acting, ensuring a deliberate and accurate approach to emergency care.
To be awarded full accreditation, you must demonstrate a high level of advanced knowledge and skills.
As part of this course, you also have access to the theoretical component of Basic Life Support (BLS). By undertaking a competency assessment during the course, you will also be awarded a CPR Basic Life Support certificate — providing you with an added credential at no extra cost.
