EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Gold Coast Primary Health Network in partnership with Benchmarque Group seeks your interest in a virtual workshop on Immunisation Support in Primary Healthcare.

The Immunisation Support in Primary Healthcare workshop aims to provide non-clinical general practice staff with specific skills and knowledge to provide support in the delivery of a range of immunisation services that will support them within their role to support GPs and nurses to enhance client care and to remain up to date with current vaccination programs, changes and requirements.

This course is intended to provide non-clinical general practice staff with the following learning outcomes:

• Explore the importance of Cold Chain Management
• Gain a deeper understanding of the aspects of Public Health and Immunisation.
• Enhance knowledge of the immune system and the critical role of immunisation
• Develop strategies to establish a positive relationship with clients around immunisations.

To register your interest in this workshop it is essential that you are:

• A receptionist, administrator or other non-clinical health assistant currently working in a general practice on the Gold Coast
• Able to complete a 90 minute eLearning module prior to the workshop
• Available to attend a half day virtual workshop on Tuesday 20 May 2025.

EOI submissions close Thursday 15 May 2025. Following closure, Benchmarque Group will contact eligible participants to commence the formal registration process.
