Professor Yasmine Probst
Yasmine is a Professor of Nutrition and Dietetics with the School of Medical, Indigenous and Health Sciences at the University of Wollongong. Yasmine has over 200 scientific publications, and has presented her work internationally, contributing to national and global policies aimed at improving chronic disease outcomes through evidence-based nutrition.
Jemma O’Hanlon
Jemma O’Hanlon (AdvAPD GAICD) is one of Australia’s most prominent dietitians. On a mission to make nutrition easy to digest, Jemma is a recognised expert across TV and print media as a regular on Channel 7’s The Morning Show.
