Explain the role of digital tools to support cardiovascular disease prevention in general practice.
Recognise how data insights inform quality improvement and strengthen coordination of care.
Use reporting systems (reports and dashboards) to support proactive, scalable and sustainable approaches to CVD prevention.
Understand how digital tools support accurate billing, care planning and practice sustainability.
