We will also explore best practices for preparing the wound bed to promote optimal healing conditions. The session will include an in-depth analysis of various dressing types, their indications, and how to formulate a tailored dressing plan for each patient to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Speaker:
Hayley has over 20 years of nursing experience. She is passionate about healing wounds and works as a Clinical Nurse Consultant across Australia and New Zealand with her own company, WoundRescue. Hayley is also the past chair of the board for Wounds Australia. She has presented at national and international conferences, delivering advanced wound care and aged care education with an interactive and engaging style. Additionally, Hayley lectures at universities and is an adjunct fellow at the University of Technology Sydney.
