Student nurse orientation checklist

The completion of this Student Nurse Orientation Checklist is a MANDATORY requirement for all student nurses undertaking a general practice placement that is being facilitated by the (GCHPN) Gold Coast Primary Health Network in conjunction with your University.

This checklist MUST BE completed 14 days prior to the commencement of your GP placement to ensure compliance is achieved. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your GP placement which will have an affect on completion of your mandatory teaching requirements.
