We develop Activity Work Plans as part of the approval process for the use of PHN funding provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.

These activity work plans are informed by the Gold Coast Needs Assessment we undertake for our region.

We publish all Activity Work Plans on our website after they have been approved by the Department of Health and Aged Care. This provides visibility on our planned activities and management of PHN program funding.
