The Lighthouse program provides trauma informed, recovery- orientated clinical care coordination and specialised treatment.
The Lighthouse program provides trauma informed, recovery-orientated clinical care coordination and specialised treatment services for young people aged 12-18 years with severe and/or complex mental health needs. Lighthouse aims to provide timely access and effective, safe and appropriate care for adolescents who are experiencing the impacts of adverse childhood experiences in their lives.
The service supports young people, and their loved ones, carers or support people to learn skills around the management of symptoms and promote hope in healing so that the young person can fulfill their potential. Priority will be given to those experiencing trauma symptoms which are currently impacting on any areas of their lives.
