You may need to reset your password and confirm your account, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Log In button at digitalhealth.gov.au
2. Select the Forgotten your username or password?
3. Enter your username or email in the fields provided. Your new password will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to get access your online training account. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes please contact the Help Centre.
