Despite skin tears being the most common wound in older persons, they are frequently misdiagnosed and poorly managed resulting in avoidable complications. In this workshop you will learn practical strategies to assess, manage and prevent skin tears.
Target audience, nurses working in community Aged Care and Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH) in the Gold Coast region.
