Christmas closure dates and changes to our services over the holiday season

From the team at GCPHN… we wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy, and well year in 2024. We hope you have some time to relax and re-energise with your family and friends this festive season.

The GCPHN office will be closed from Saturday, 23 December 2023, and we will be returning to the office Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

    • If you would like to access mental health support, including apps, online programs, online forums, and phone support, as well as a range of digital information resources, you can visit Head to Health.

You can call Head to Health on 1800 595 212 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm *please note the phone service is not available on Public Holidays and is not a crisis service.

 02/01/2024 PCCS services including, Clinical Care (Plus Social), Psychosocial, New Access, will be closed from 25th December 2023 – 1st January.

 

Head to Health and PCCS Hub will have staff on site available for enquiries and clients on the 27-29 December 2023.

 

New Access, Plus Social and Psychosocial programs will have reduced capacity into January.

 

Mermaid AHSS will close on the public holidays.

 

Southport AHSS will remain open throughout the holiday period.
