Christmas closure dates and changes to our services over the holiday season

From the team at GCPHN… we wish you a Merry Christmas and a safe, healthy, and well year in 2025. We hope you have some time to relax and re-energise with your family and friends this festive season.

The GCPHN office will be closed from Wednesday, 25 December 2024, and we will be returning to the office Thursday, 2 January 2025.

headspace Early Psychosis Program 25/12/2024 26/12/2024 Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team (MATT)is working every day 10-6 (only day not operational is Christmas day) – CCT have skeleton staff on 27th, 30th and 31st.
There won’t be any practice management on site so centre doors will be closed but anyone attending to see Early Psychosis will be advised and have a system to be met at the door.
Leadership team have an on call system, with Tiana (MATT) on site for 27th, 30th and 31st
