GCPHN is delighted to support the launch of the National Residential Aged Care Home Telehealth Training Program. In collaboration with 15 Primary Health Networks across Australia, this program aims to boost telehealth capabilities for Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs) through comprehensive online training. It equips RACH staff, including nurses and care managers, with the skills to effectively use telehealth, enhancing resident care and specialist access. Additionally, the program provides crucial training modules for clinicians in remote settings, including general practitioners and other health care providers.
All Australian government-funded aged care providers and their employees can access this training for free via the Aged Care Learning Information Solution (Alis) website.
For further information, access the Webinar Recording and Presentation Slides.
