This year marks the 25th anniversary of the SFT conference – a significant milestone for Australia’s virtual care community.
The SFT Conference focuses on practical, frontline experiences in telehealth and virtual care, as well as pioneering research in the field. It welcomes participation from health professionals, service providers, and government representatives. Attendees are also encouraged to submit abstracts, to showcase real‑world insights, service models, and innovations. Virtual Care continues to play a vital role in improving access to care across Australia, and SFT provides an important forum for practitioners to share their experiences and connect with peers.
