We develop Activity Work Plans (AWPs) as part of the approval process for the use of PHN funding provided by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

These activity work plans are informed by the Gold Coast Needs Assessment we undertake for our region.

We publish all Activity Work Plans on our website after they have been approved by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. This provides visibility on our planned activities and management of PHN program funding.
