This program provides an overview of how to live well when you have been diagnosed with dementia. You will learn how to maintain your wellness overall, with information about caring for your health, body and mind, and accessing support.
This program is delivered interactively; you will be encouraged to share your experiences alongside other participants giving you an opportunity to develop new support networks.
If you register, you will be contacted by Dementia Australia to ensure that the program meets your needs.
Suitable for:
People living with dementia. Not open to paid carers, health or aged care workers as professional development.
