Join us for an engaging webinar designed specifically for GP practice owners and practice managers.
We will introduce a practical, research‑based approach developed by The University of Queensland to help clinics balance digital technologies with high‑quality, human‑centred care.
Learn how clinics can keep their practice up-to-date with digital technology while maintaining strong patient relationships, supporting staff wellbeing, and improving overall practice performance.
We will share key insights from our research into what works in real‑world primary care settings, and what distinguishes clinics that successfully combine efficiency with a personal touch.
As part of the session, we will introduce PC‑IMPROVE, a new clinic improvement tool, and invite participants to take part in a national study trialling this approach.
Participating clinics will receive a Digitaltech‑humanness assessment and Insights Report for their clinic, practical planning resources, and benchmarking insights to support continuous improvement.
