My Team is a digital mental health and wellbeing app, co-designed with over 250 people living with mental health concerns, Australian Red Cross, and health professionals. Mental health organisations, including Lifeline, beyondblue and Black Dog Institute were also involved in the design and their resources are linked to the app.
The app has received positive feedback since its launch, which is a huge testament to the amount of research, testing and design that has gone into it. Users have found that having a small group of trusted supporters with them can make all the difference, along with using the app to set goals and reflect on their moods.
