The Community-based Palliative Care Anticipatory Medicines: Guidance for Queensland document is now available for Queensland generalist clinicians supporting adults receiving palliative care at home.

A short online webinar is available to assist clinicians to navigate the document.
The Guidance was developed by PallConsult, a Queensland Health initiative with input from the palliPHARM Steering Committee, the Chief Medical Officer and Healthcare Regulation Branch Prevention Division, Queensland Health, Queensland Specialist Palliative Care Directors’ Group and Specialist Palliative Rural Telehealth Services and is compliant with Queensland Medicines and Poisons (Medicines) Regulation, 2021.
