Cultural Safety Training has been provided to General Practitioners, General Practice Staff and Allied Health Professionals, working with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community.
Cultural awareness/ cultural safety training was provided to support Practices to meet their PIP IHI requirements “at least 2 staff members from the practice (one must be a GP) must complete appropriate cultural awareness training within 12 months of the practice signing on to the PIP Indigenous Health Incentive”.
