Gold Coast Primary Health Network has put together a range of resources, for general practices, looking for promotional material and information to download/ print and display in their practice or share with patients.
As an interim arrangement, Gold Coast Primary Health Network has received a limited number of COVID-19 vaccination cards and Get Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination brochures from the Commonwealth, for distribution among vaccine providers.
As noted in the Onboarding Pack, the COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment Cards can be filled out at the time of vaccination and provided to patients.
If you would like to order copies of the flyer or appointment cards for your practice please use the below form. It is our understanding that practices should soon be able to order these resources online, directly from the Commonwealth, through the portal.

There are over 20 posters and flyers that help build consumer awareness about where to find help 24/7 – they are specifically intended for clinic and practice waiting rooms. Anyone can order and download free marketing resources.
The below suite of seven patient information sheets, produced by the Australian Department of Health, are for health care providers to use to engage people in the treatment process and reduce inappropriate prescribing and use of antibiotics. These common infections include acute bronchitis, cellulitis, urinary tract infection in non-pregnant women, leg ulcers, middle ear infection, nose & sinus infection, and sore throat. These information sheets can be used by healthcare providers to engage people in the decision-making process when treating infections and reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescribing.
