As part of a joint project between Brisbane South Primary Health Network and the Queensland Voluntary Assisted Dying Support and Pharmacy Service (QVAD SPS), a resource pack is being mailed to approximately 800 general practices across Queensland.

PalliMEDS App
Designed for generalist healthcare providers to support the management of common end-of-life symptoms in community settings.
