The University of the Sunshine Coast is researching the elements of nurse-led or doctor-led care in the management of patients with type 1 or 2 diabetes, in primary care.
You are invited to participate in this research project if you are a nurse or doctor involved in providing care for patients with type 1 or 2 diabetes in general practice. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete an anonymous online survey that takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
