The Gold Coast Public Health Unit (GCPHU) is supporting vaccine service providers in the aftermath of ex-cyclone Alfred with the extensive reported cold chain breaches (CCB).
To help the GCPHU assess the extent of cold chain breaches to ensure safe and effective vaccines are being administered over the coming weeks.

GCPHU require a response even if your practice was not impacted. Please respond by 12pm on Fri 14th March, otherwise they will assume you have been impacted by the ongoing power outages and will place a temporary suspension on your practice ordering QHIP vaccines until they have received a response from your practice. |
If the GCPHU do not receive a response by 5 pm on Monday 17th March they will assume you are impacted by the ongoing power outages and will place a temporary suspension on your practice ordering QHIP vaccines until they have received a response from your practice. |
