Community Pathway Connector is a program focused on connecting multicultural people to community and appropriate support, services and activities, working with interpreters as needed.
A soft entry point in a community setting, Community Pathway Connector provides a safe connection point to link people to, and navigate, community services whilst advocating for the needs of people living on the Gold Coast from a multicultural background.
