GCPHN has launched a Digital Readiness Assessment to better understand how digital tools are used in general practice. The assessment is now open, and your practice should have received an email invitation from your Engagement Officer. By completing the assessment, your practice will receive a tailored digital health action plan. To support participation, GCPHN is providing a corporate-level CDM Plus licence to general practices, which includes access to clinical templates, billing sheets, digital tools for chronic condition management, as well as online modules and webinars. If you haven’t received the invitation or need more information, contact your Engagement Officer.
