
Free, in-person, non-clinical perinatal mental health peer support delivered by a lived experience workforce for parents during pregnancy, postpartum and the early parenthood years.
Support includes:
Low intensity service
General mental health peer support groups offered:
Specialised mental health peer support groups offered:
Selected groups are supported by Resident Grandma volunteers, who assist with babies and young children to enable parent participation.
Pregnant and postpartum mothers & parents through to 5 years post birth who are experiencing or at risk of perinatal mental health challenges.
This can include (but is not limited to) parents who:
Formal diagnosis is not required.
Any source including GP or self-referrals.
