Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) endorsed Core and Clinical Standards for accredited providers
GCPHN has endorsed that it will recognise the following Core or Clinical Standards as the standards ideally required by all its funded community health service providers to be accredited against.
GCPHN minimum standards are that all GCPHN funded providers will be accredited, or working towards accreditation of the following Core Standards, and where the type of service requires it, providers may also need to be accredited against either of the two Clinical Standards listed below.
For providers who are partially or not currently accredited
To ensure that high quality services are developed and maintained for the Gold Coast Community, Gold Coast PHN has adopted the Queensland Health Service Delivery Quality Performance Framework, the ‘Framework’.
Overview Service Delivery Quality Performance Framework, and;
Service Delivery Quality Performance Framework Report: Template
All community health service providers who are accredited against any of the Core or Clinical Standards listed above will be fully or partially exempt from the need to complete the GCPHN Service Delivery Quality Performance Framework Report. Were you are already funded by a Queensland Government department, previously completed and accepted reports can be attached along with the contact details of the person at the relevant department.
Any community health service providers who have not been accredited against any of these standards will be required to complete the Service Delivery Quality Performance Framework Report and provide regular updates as part of their reporting on progress against the Framework.
