Virtual Psychologist offers innovative digital mental health support, providing self-management tools, psychotherapeutic interventions, low-level support, and referrals. Services are designed to assist community members with low to moderate mental health needs, especially those impacted by the major storms and floods of December 2023 and January 2024. This innovative service has been designed to cater to the mental well-being needs of Gold Coast schools, clubs, workplaces, and communities that have been affected by the recent flooding events and delivered directly to people via a channel of their choice (Text, video, or audio).
Low to moderate intensity service
Online video, audio, and SMS based psychological interventions, including brief interventions, therapy and counselling
Virtual – telehealth and Phone support including video, audio, and SMS communication.
