Community development – focused on improving the quality of life for those from different cultures and languages.
NDIS support coordination – help clients find local service providers. They are also a service provider and can support clients in different languages.
Care Finder Program – provides seniors with one-on-one support to understand the aged care system, access funding and connect with service providers.
Humanitarian Settlement Program – help families with humanitarian visas to rebuild their lives, create connections, and establish a sense of belonging.
SETS Program – support people who arrived as refugee or with an eligible family visa to address their settlement needs, personal wellbeing, and connection to community.
If you’re not sure if MCCGC can help you, just ask! They can connect you with support through one of our programs, or a referral to another service provider.
