At Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN), our vision is simple: shaping better health outcomes for every person on the Gold Coast.
We work together with our community, health professionals, service providers and partners to understand local health needs, commission local health services, bring people and services together, strengthen primary healthcare and make it easier to access the right care. Because when the health system works better, people can get the care and support they need, when and where they need it. Together, we’re shaping healthier lives across the Gold Coast.
GCPHN is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established by the Australian Government’s Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. We fund and support local health services and initiatives across areas including mental health, aged and palliative care, cancer screening, immunisation and more.
