Supporting Minds is a mental health service that provides up to three months of moderate intensity structured psychological (clinical) supports and group-based (clinical and non-clinical) support.
Supporting Minds (LGBTIQAP+) is a service for people aged between 12 and 65 who identify with the LGBTIQAP+ community and/or are questioning sexuality or gender.
Participants receive:

Supporting Minds (Situational Distress) is a service for people aged between 16 and 65 who are facing situational distress such as significant life transitions, relationship issues, social isolation, trauma, experiencing harm from others, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, or in significant financial hardship.

This moderate intensity program offers comprehensive support for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander young people aged 0-19 years, who are in a kinship or foster care arrangement and seek support with their social and emotional wellbeing.
Short-term support, group programs, outreach, and case management using an integrated, flexible, and holistic approach to promote social and emotional wellbeing. Provides tailored interventions for mental health and cultural needs, and improve relationships and community connections.

headspace is a low to moderate intensity service that is an accessible ‘one-stop-shop’ for young people aged between 12 and 25 which supports early intervention services for young people with emerging mental health needs.

The Psychological Services in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH) program is a low to moderate intensity service that offers structured psychological therapies that support people with mental health needs living in residential aged care.
The Psychological Services in Residential Aged Care Homes (RACH) program offers structured psychological therapies that support people with mental health needs living in residential aged care. The service aims to support residents experiencing mild depression or anxiety and those having trouble adjusting to changes or coping with loss. The service can also support people experiencing dual diagnosis of mental health and dementia or neurocognitive disorder (including brain injury/developmental disability) where behaviours are identified as mental health related.
Sessions may be focused on transitions into aged care, engagement and well-being and managing identified mental health conditions.
