Promoting Participation in the National Immunisation Program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge that can be applied to their day-to-day work and will help support a change of practice within their health organisation. By encouraging colleagues and peers to modify and change their current ways of practice they can make immunisation activities more conducive to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
On completion of the program students will have the skills and knowledge to work directly with patients, clients, families and communities to provide advice and encouragement to ultimately improve immunisation rates for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.

Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) has partnered with Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) to provide an exclusive eLearning training package for general practice staff in the Gold Coast region. This new eLearning platform features a series of training modules and webinars on primary care improvement, which may support PIP QI activities in your practice as well as training on how to apply the RACGP 5th Edition Standards for your practice accreditation.
